Demolition and reconstruction of the house
Construction of 3 turnkey Casa Clima "A"-certified apartments. Construction and carpentry works have been carried out.
The old structure was completely demolished to give room for the new building with the aim to rebuild the existing house using characteristic materials of the Ladin architecture in order to better integrate the project with the surrounding environment. A typical traditional element is the roof made of wooden shingles and the use of old wood. The Casa Clima certificate "A" guarantees excellent energy performance while the wood further isolates the building. The house is divided into four floors. There are a garage and a small ski storage room in the basement, while the rest of the structure consists of one apartment for each storey.
