Apartments Les Contrades is located in La Villa in Badia, a pearl nestled in the heart of the Dolomites. This project not only provides quality housing but is an example of how renovation and sustainability can go hand in hand. The priority was to perform a renovation and energy reassessment to reduce costs and its impact on the environment. The exterior cladding, made entirely of wood, is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, providing insulation and sustainability. The interiors of the apartments also boast wood finishes, giving a warm and cozy atmosphere. Meticulous attention was paid to the choice of materials: local and high-quality materials were selected to ensure a construction that respects the surrounding area while offering comfort and luxury to its inhabitants. In short, Residence Les Contrades is a fusion of tradition and innovation, respecting nature and the mountainous setting of the Dolomites.
