In the basement there are the cellars and a garage while in the upper floors we built the various apartments. The verandas we have proposed as balconies are the most significant elements, which are reinterpreted in a modern language using new materials such as trespa panels and iron balconies. The interior part of these are coated with old wood that gave a certain nostalgia of local history. The hearts also resemble a Ladin tradition, which once were wrapped up on wooden walls and served as ventilation in the barns. They had both a functional and a decorative meaning.
